The price list specifies the regular costs of the specialist services provided by the Foundation. At the same time, the Foundation, in fulfilling its mission to support and accompany all families in the Archdiocese of Krakow, particularly those in difficult life situations, offers discounts based on its Regulations.
1. To obtain a discount on services provided through the specialist counseling center, the applicant is required to submit a request to the specified email address: biuro@ftrodzinie.pl or to the address: Fundacja Towarzyszenia Rodzinie im. prof. Stanisława Grygiela, ul. Siostry Faustyny 70, 30-608 Kraków.
2. The application must include a certificate from the tax office confirming the income earned in the year preceding the submission of the application, as well as a certificate from the employer regarding the amount of salary received in the last three months or a certificate from the employment office regarding unemployment status. If the person is married and community property applies, the income certificate or previous year’s tax return (PIT) should include the joint income of both spouses.
3. Every application submitted to the Foundation for a discount will be reviewed.
